American City Financial, INC., American City Realty and American City Loss Mitigation is  a Full-Service Mortgage and Realty Company. 

 

Our firm was founded in Roseville CA on September of 2005 by a group of individuals who have over 20 years of Real Estate Experience.  We started small, in a one-room office.  Because of our strong belief in service, integrity, and a "can-do" attitude toward the real estate business, our company has prospered and grown.

 

Today, our office location is 2003B opportunity Drive, Suite 12, Roseville CA 95678.  We have served the public from this location for 2+ years.

 

Our broker; Edward Carter was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on April of 1939.  He has attained a Bachelors Degree in Business from the prestigious Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He has served our country in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1966.

 

Mr. Carter has over 15 years experience in banking and finance with an emphasis on Commercial and Residential Real Estate Lending with Wells Fargo and Bank of America.  He also holds a California Community College Teaching Credential to teach Banking and Finance.  Mr. Carter is also responsible for financing many franchises such as Applebee’s, Chili’s Bar and Grill, and others.
